Vehicle Financing Agreement

Where a vehicle is bought over time, this records the total price, deposit, instalment amounts and dates, who holds the logbook until full payment, and what happens if instalments are missed.

Usage notes

Keep a written record of every instalment received.
Where the logbook is held as security, state clearly who holds it.
Both parties should sign in the presence of at least one witness each, and every party should keep a signed original.
