Build your Land Sale Agreement

Completion shall take place on or before [completion date], on which date the Vendor shall deliver the completion documents to the Purchaser or the Purchaser's advocate.

The Vendor warrants that the Vendor is the registered proprietor of the property, that the property is free from any charge, caveat, encumbrance or adverse claim, and that there is no pending dispute over the property or its boundaries.
