Guarantor Agreement

The Lender has advanced to the Borrower the sum of KSh 150,000 (One hundred and fifty thousand shillings) on 20 September 2026 by M-Pesa.

The loan is for the following purpose: Stock purchase for retail shop.

The Borrower acknowledges receipt of the full amount stated above.

Interest is charged at Interest free.

Repayment is by monthly instalments.

The Borrower shall pay KSh 30,000 on each due date for 5 instalments, the first falling due on 20 October 2026.

The loan shall be repaid in full on or before 20 February 2027.

All payments shall be made by a traceable method and each payment shall be acknowledged in writing or by message.

No security is given for this loan.

If the Borrower fails to pay any amount on its due date, the whole outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable and the Lender may take steps to recover it, including recovery costs.

This document contains the entire agreement between the parties on this matter and replaces any earlier spoken or written understanding.
